Creek Jump

I am cheered on by roaring fans as I attempt to jump the "No Mans Creek" jump. I am starting to rethink this idea but it is too late. I simply can't chicken out now. I have to do this even if I don't make it, I will at least have tried. I am pumped and I finally feel ready so I hit the gas and leave in a flash. I have to be at precisely 75 kilometers per hour in order to make the jump but as I almost reach the ramp I realize that I am not going to have enough speed to make it so I engaged the nitrous and reached 74.7 kilometers per hour. The second I left the jump it felt like time just slowed down, I felt like I was flying. I let go of the handle bars to spread my arms out as I was flying. I looked around me and I see roaring fans all cheering in slow motion and clapping. I look directly down and see the river flowing ever so gently as the fish were swimming like they had all the time in the world. I look forward just in time to see the branch that is about to hit me in the face so I close my mask on my helmet and grab the handle bars to get ready for the landing. As I hit the landing ramp time speeds up again and all the people come rushing to see me and congratulate me on being the first ever to safely land "No Mans Creek".
